Cash Sirois
President
Cash cut his teeth as a sports reporter in markets from Clarksburg, WV to Dallas, TX. Along the way, his ability to connect with his target audience through dynamic storytelling earned him nine nominations and three Emmy® Awards as well as the position as Creative Director with the Dallas Mavericks, a post he held until he left to start The Well in the summer of 2013.
He has taken the creative lead on marketing campaigns, commercials, in-arena production, web/viral content, news stories and documentaries for over 17 years.
Cash is also the co-host of the “Cirque du Sirois Show” on SportsRadio 1310 The Ticket. KTCK is a three-time winner of the Marconi Award recognizing the “Sports Station Of The Year.”

Jason has been creating script to screen media content for broadcast and online across the sports, entertainment and corporate spectrum for the last eight years. His background ranges from advertising to acting, and he is skilled in creative conceptualizing, producing, writing, editing, and bringing ideas to visual life.
Born in Oklahoma and raised in Texas, Jason is a proud Sooner from the University of Oklahoma, a former member of the Screen Actors Guild, a loving husband, and proud daddy.
Jason and Cash became a team when they both joined the Dallas Mavericks at the start of the 2009 season. Three Emmy® Awards and one NBA Championship ring later, they started The Well Creative Productions together.

Mike Sirois
Executive Producer
Mike Sirois is The Well’s Executive Producer and he’s been in and around creative media for over a decade. His creativity and wit resonate through every project he leads at The Well.
His experience in North Texas began in 2006 where he used his time in production with Fox Sports Southwest as a launching point to a career in sports talk radio. Since 2010 Mike has produced “The Norm Hitzges Show” on the three-time Marconi Award-winning Sportsradio 1310, The Ticket. He also co-hosts his own “Cirque du Sirois” show every Saturday afternoon.
Prior to his time at The Ticket, Mike worked for Fox Television in Los Angeles, the E! Network, and The Simpsons.
